[Update] Medical Mission February 20, 2011

It was a lazy sunday morning for most, but the UHSAAI has ben very active to provide FREE medical services to the Tondo Neighborhood with this year's first medical mission installment. This medical mission is dedicated in the loving memory of Mrs Li Lui Shi. View photos >>.

The medical services were carried out with the help of doctors from Metropolitan Hospital. The UHSAAI Medical Missions, which was pioneered by Dra. Judy Lao, has helped thousands of needy families for years. Below is the list of Doctors, who participated with this generous cause:

Call for support for the Chua Family

Last Feb 03, 2011, the home of our fellow UHS Alumni was struck by fire. Evangeline (batch '91), Ellen Jane (batch '92), Regina Jane (batch '94), Berenice (batch 99) including both parents (Emmanuel and Huily Chua) are currently confined in the Metropolitan Medical Center. The only son, Richie (batch 98), who was at work during the incident, is now taking care of the family.

Medical Mission Scheduled for February 20, 2011

The Uno High School Alumni Association will have a medical missions on February 20, 2011. All Alumni are invited to join this charity work. The mission starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at around 11:30 a.m. Venue for this mission will be on the Uno High School Grounds. This medical mission is for the loving remembrance of Mrs Li Lui Shi.

Calling all Alumni. Request for Sponsorship

Every Year, the Uno High School Alumni Association conducts medical missions as a symbol of charitable commitment to help the poor and needy. This year we have scheduled three (3) medical missions for this cause. We are appealing to Uneans who wish to participate or support this noble mission. You may contact the Alumni Office and look for Ferly from Mondays to Fridays 9-3 pm. The tentative schedule of the medical missions are as follows: 1st Sunday of March 2011, 1st Sunday of June 2011, and 1st Sunday of December or last Sunday of November 2011.
